On larger sites with many hoisting points, it is useful to be able to operate the hoists remotely, preferably wirelessly. After all, it is not desirable to have more cables than necessary in use on the floor, especially if you have to cover larger distances with them.

Wireless hoist control and operating units

On the one hand, there are operating units for hoist controllers that can also be accessed wirelessly, and on the other hand, there are hoist controllers that themselves can be operated wirelessly. Wireless hoist control units can be found in the category with 'AHD' in the type designation. Wireless control units, such as the 12-channel DV from SRS, can only be used in combination with a GMC-series hoist controller.
