Stock Status:

• Availability: Every product on our website has a clear stock status, indicated with a green car. If a product is in stock, the exact quantity is also displayed.

• Low stock:When stock is low, we advise you to contact us. This way, you can be sure that the product, if desired, can be delivered the next business day.

• Out of stock:You can still order products that are not immediately available. We will inform you of the expected delivery time as soon as you place an order that includes a product that is out of stock.

• Optimize your delivery: For faster shipping, we recommend only ordering products that are in stock. Our system does not provide automatic partial deliveries, so it is advisable to place products that are out of stock in a separate order.

NOTE: The website stock comes from our central warehouse and therefore is not directly in stock in our store in Brussels. If you want to know the stock in our store please contact us.

Delivery Expectation:

We distinguish three delivery indications:

1. Immediately available: The current stock is visible and you can expect these products to be delivered the next business day.

2. Expected delivery within 7-14 business days: These products are often in stock at our supplier, or we have already ordered them and they are on their way to our warehouse. 3. Delivery time on request: Specific products, which are often made to customer specifications or are less common, may have a longer delivery time. We can inform you about this in advance.
