Shipping:

Megalight carefully selects the best shipping option for each order by partnering with various shipping companies.

• Business Delivery: Since our focus is on business clients, weekend delivery (Saturday and Sunday) is rare.
  
  
• Delivery Times: Orders placed before 5:00 PM and where all products are in stock, will be delivered on the next business day.
  
  
• Free Shipping: Orders over € 175.00 (incl. VAT) are shipped free of charge in the Benelux. Track your package here.
  
  

Returns:

Private customers:

• You have 14 days to consider after receiving the items.
• After that, you have another 14 days to return the items.
• Items that are not produced to customer specifications can be returned without giving any reason.

Business customers:

• Once placed, orders are binding and cannot be returned.
• However, in exceptional cases, we are happy to look for a suitable solution. Please contact us.
