Compact

One solution for not standing out too much in an interior is to use compact speakers; preferably, of course, in a colour that matches the rest of that interior. However, a compact loudspeaker by definition delivers poor performance in the lower frequency ranges. The high-mid and high can be fantastic, but with a poor connection to the low and sub-low, the sound quality can still be perceived as questionable. As a result, small format speakers should always be complemented with subwoofers to produce a complete and quiet sound image. Unlike the mid-high and high speakers, the position of the subwoofer(s) is hardly critical when it comes to the final sound quality.

RAL colours

Apart from choice in standard available finishes, it can be very worthwhile to purchase speakers that match the RAL colours that - for example - an interior designer is free to choose. Thus, compact dimensions and an infinite choice of matching colours contribute to a stylish and balanced interior.
