The Sparx 12 Washbeam can be used both as a dedicated effect unit and in backlighting with individual pixels and TwinZoom function, as a high-quality wash unit with a perfectly homogeneous beam within the full zoom range of 2.2°- 60°.

Replacement for 2kW luminaires

With 19x40 watts of LED power, the Sparx 12 can easily be used as a replacement for conventional 2kW spotlights in situations where colour rendering is critical. In fact, the Sparx 12 exceeds the light output of regular 2kW spots. At the same time, with a maximum height of 49cm, it is very compact and, at 15.5kg, extremely light.

Whisper-quiet heatpipe cooling

Of course, the Sparx 12 is also extremely quiet thanks to special heatpipe cooling, a feature that JB-Lighting has attached great importance to in new developments for years. The optical system of the Sparx12 guarantees perfectly homogeneous light and various multi-coloured effects based on intensity, brightness and speed that are attractive and inspiring. The Sparx 12 can also be used in TV/broadcast applications thanks to its flicker-free camera mode.

Beamshaper

As with JB-Lighting's other washbeams, a beamshaper is available for the Sparx 12, which gives the spotlight an elliptical light beam and can therefore be used in situations where rectangular objects need to be illuminated or where stage lighting is required to create a passageway or illuminate aisles: the Sparx 12 Beamshape.
