The Q-ODC-2 connector is a fibre optic adapter for harsh conditions. Suitable for outdoor use. The Q-ODC-2 connector is a product from Swiss Huber+Suhner designed for an IP68 connection between 2 fibre optic connectors. It is the successor to the ODC with the major difference being the push-pull instead of screw fastening, which reduces wear and tear on the light guides. The Q-ODC-2 creates a reliable connection, which is very suitable for transporting data over long distances at high speed, e.g. Dante, Art-Net, sACN or other IP protocols, but also for dedicated video connections from e.g. Blackmagic.
