Hoist control 12-channel AHD - WLV - Wireless remote

This hoist controller has a built-in wireless remote control.

The AHD - WLV 12-channel Advanced Digital Hoist Control is designed to control up to 12 motor hoists separately or simultaneously from each other. Optionally, the hoist control can be operated with a CMC-DIGI-AHD digital cable remote control.

The device is equipped with a unique Automatic Phase Align (APA) module, which guarantees that the motors move in the same direction on any alignment of the input phases. If a phase is disconnected, the hoist control stops to ensure a safe situation.

One of the features of AHD-DV is the AVM module (Automatic Voltage Metering). This module monitors mains voltage at AC 400V + -20% in star configuration and protects the hoists in case of mains voltage problems.

The hoist controller will not release control if:

- A phase is missing
- There is undervoltage on the installation
- There is overvoltage on the installation

All electrical components have their own individual CE marking and comply with European directives.

The hoist control sits in a robust steel 19" rack and is powder-coated. The enclosure also has a CE mark and corresponding declaration of conformity.

The AHD-WLV has an additional key switch for the group stop function. When active, switching off the circuit breaker of one hoist will cause an emergency stop on all connected hoists.
