DSIT | CAT6 Connector RJ45 + Accessory - Shielded - for flexible core

The RJ45 connector is used for internet purposes. RJ45 connectors are available in CAT5e and CAT6 versions. For both categories, shielded and unshielded versions are available. When the connector is attached to a shielded cable (FTP / S/FTP / SSTP), a shielded connector is used. When it comes to a (unshielded) UTP cable, an unshielded connector is used.

Is a cat6 connector the right choice? To ensure that the UTP cable is not impeded in its speed, we recommend choosing an RJ45 connector with the same specifications as the UTP cable being connected.
